Water Service

Electricity

Duke Energy provides the electrical service for our properties in the Columbus area. Click here to visit their website or call them at (800) 521-2232.

Gas

For those renters who will need gas service, you can contact Vectren Energy at (800) 227-1376, or visit their website by clicking here.

Telephone, TV, and Internet

You can get telephone, television, and internet service through AT&T or Comcast:
